One of the biggest challenges? Streamlining the booking system. We developed a more advanced and improved booking engine, making it easier than ever for parents to sign up — resulting in an increase in online bookings and a smoother customer journey. This was achieved by creating automated admin functions to simplify the booking process and improve the user experience.
